Clients are welcome to book in for regular yoga classes whether it is for their Wellness Wednesday, or a break for the team to come together and socialise during a lunch hour.

Taking a class with your colleagues is an amazing way to build a healthy environment in the work place, move around your energies and connect with each other.

The instructor upon request can provide mats, blocks & any other equipment needed, offering a range of styles of teaching to suit you and your team.

Whether it is a 45 minute flow, or a half-day retreat, we’ve got you covered.

Offerings

Vinyasa

Flow-style of movement, great way to remove any stuck energy and create an inner fire. We focus on creating expressive movement & clients leave feeling energised & open. Open to all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Power

Our power classes ignite and are designed to strengthen, challenge and improve confidence and focus. Holding postures for a longer period of time, clients can improve their posture, alignment and enjoy trying challenging balances like crow or headstand in a safe environment.

Restorative

Restorative classes aim to hold our yoga postures for a longer duration of time using props, blankets and bolsters to restore and relax. This gorgeous class emphasises the more still and meditative side of yoga, perfect for after a long day in the office and feel supported.

Yin

Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. This practice aims to restore and renew, working into the fascia of the body with deep stretching that targets our tissues in the body, ligaments, joints and bones. Prepare to relax, stretch and take some time for yourself.

Flow to Yin

This popular class combines our flowing sequences with a calming and nurturing restorative practice. Taken at a slower pace, this is a perfect combination of moving energy whilst also opening up the body and heart-space in a gentle and supportive way.

Meditation and Breathwork

Time to stop, listen to our breath and body. These sessions are designed with key takeaways and exercises that can be done not just on a yoga mat, but anywhere. This can be requested to be added onto any booking, or exists as a great class in its own right.
